This year marked the beginning of Mestralia Education Services, born from a desire to support teachers and empower students to achieve their full potential. As 2024 draws to a close, I want to take a moment to look back at the incredible journey we have shared so far and to thank you for being part of the Mestralia Education story.

We have welcomed over 100 educators through the IbGraphics series; we have hosted two live webinars, reaching a global audience of passionate educators and we have shared ideas and tips in our newsletters, including this issue's free downloadable feature on 5 Tips for New IB Teachers.

On reflection, I am reminded of the power of community and shared learning. Your engagement and feedback have been instrumental in shaping what we do, and I am thrilled to continue supporting your journey.

As we step into 2025, I am excited to share the official launch of a new online course "Preparing for IB Teaching", tailored to educators who are new to an IB School or thinking of teaching the IB in the near future.
