About the "Summer Start" course; I have enjoyed refreshing my knowledge and that has eased the overwhelming feeling of having to start all over again. I would recommend to others who are only just starting.

Carmen was leading an Induction training/CDP course for "freshers" when I joined Hockerill Anglo-European college in 2021. her practical approach to important information helped all of us to integrate smoothly in the company's structure. As an excellent planner and listener, she was able to organise the course and speakers' presentations in the way most appropriate to us at that time and flexibly adjust to any needs and requests we had. I really enjoyed weekly "transfusions" of her experience, confidence and clear vision throughout the whole academic year. I wish Carmen will patiently continue passing he natural enthusiasm, perpetual optimism and "growth mind" approach to as many people as possible.

I had the pleasure of working with Carmen at Hockerill Anglo-European College. I always enjoyed he training events as I got lot out of them. Carmen's passion for teaching and learning was always evident. Carmen provided us with ideas and advice for high quality teaching and always introduced us to innovative methods according to the most updates research. She is highly knowledgeable and with her caring approach and professional attitude she has always been an inspiration for me as a teacher, colleague and ECT mentor.

Recently I came across a webinar on International Mindedness (IM) by Dr. Carmen, which felt like the icing on the cake of all my prior learning on the subject. Dr. Carmen's passion, experience and energy made the webinar deeply engaging, It gave me the opportunity to revisit the entire IM module with fresh eyes and helped broaden my understanding... I'm looking forward to applying these ideas in my first teaching assignment in the 2025-26 academic year.

Thank you for coming and supporting your MFL graduates as well as BSITT. You have been a fantastic Pathway Tutor and your trainees have succeeded as a result of the hard work and support of you and their mentors. Thank you for everything you have done. It was such a treat to observe your professional conversations during the final assessment process - you are clearly so passionate and knowledgeable about education, and have inspired those with whom you have worked.

I have very fond memories of Dr.Millán's lessons. She always has an open, caring attitude towards students and her encouragement helped me greatly with my confidence in speaking Spanish. Her teaching methods are very engaging and aided me in achieving a 6 in my Spanish IB exam and the love I gained for the subject, and consequent decisions to do it in the university, was down to the joy of learning in her classroom.
