This course is designed for educational professionals new to the IB. It can be used as a stand-alone professional development tool or integrated into a school's induction programme to support new staff.

Methodology & Delivery:
The programme is delivered online over 6 weeks, in a self-paced format with an optional weekly call, allowing you the flexibility to learn at your own pace. Each module combines short video presentations, practical tasks and downloadable resources.
