IB EDUCATOR PROFILE?
I am reflecting on the "IB Learner Profile" as a framework for holistic student development, and its implications for IB educators.
As educators, we are not only responsible for promoting the learner profile, but also for embodying these attributes in our own professional practices.
So the question is, if we were to have an "(IB) Educator Profile", what do you think the essential qualities should be?
Would you add/remove any from the Learner profile list?

1. Open-minded, reflective Inquirers
2. Knowledgeable Communicators
3. Caring & Principled
